We accept returns only for unused and unopened products

Perfumes, cosmetics, jewelry, wallets, and other personal-use products cannot be returned if they have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos/videos of the product

Approved returns must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method
